Torsion springs, whose ends are rotated in angular deflection, offer resistance to externally applied torque.

Special types of torsion springs include double torsion springs and springs having a space between the coils to minimize friction.

TThe type of ends on torsion springs can be chosen from the following list:
1. Straight ends
2. Parallel ends
3. Axis ends bent towards center
4. Double ends for enlargement of spring rate.
5. Formed ends according to customer requirements and application.

The production process includes the use of automatic computerized coiling machines and thermal treatment.
